What is your return policy?

As a rule all of our sales are final. Returns/exchanges for store credit may be considered on a case to case basis at the discretion of our store associates. We want you to love your one of a kind find, so we will always work with you from the beginning to ensure its the right piece for you.

All of our items are secondhand so they may have the beautiful imperfections of time. We check each item thoroughly for stains, imperfections or defects and will note any of these in the product descriptions.

Are all of your products vintage?

Currently all of our products are hand picked from secondhand stores, estate sales, personal collections or are from sustainable brands. We try not to feed into fast fashion, but the reality is the secondhand market is saturated with these items and sometimes we decide they are worth putting in our inventory.
We also carry some new items from small bridal brands that fit our ethos of sustainablity.

Can I bring you items to sell?

We would love to see your gently used little white dresses, bridal gowns, accessories, or exceptional evening dresses. We purchase items outright and retain the right to refuse any items. Please reach out via email to set an appointment to sell.

If you are a sustainable or handmade bridal brand interested in selling with us please reach out! We are always looking to highlight cool makers that fit with our vibe.

Do I need an appointment?

Currently we except walk ins and we are happy to have you browse our inventory. If you are interested in a full bridal wardrobe we do recommend making an appointment so you can have the store and stylists to yourself! We also recommend an appointment if you are interested in a bridal party event.
